Introduction and Acceptance

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes
• Failure to complete age or identity verification

Deposit

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the winbb platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• winbb processes deposits without any additional fee, though the payment provider may charge their own fee.

Withdrawal

The following terms apply when withdrawing funds:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Full identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• winbb reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Welcome Bonus

winbb offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is ৳200.
• To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be fulfilled.

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Attempting to claim the bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

General Bonus Provisions

The following general provisions apply to all bonuses and promotions on winbb:

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• winbb reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — multiple bonuses cannot be applied together.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of winbb is final.

VIP and Cashback Program

winbb's VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbb platform:

• Using technical software, bots or automated systems to control gameplay.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding against other users during play.
• Gaining excess funds by taking advantage of technical errors in the system.
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to hack any part of the platform or break security measures.

Any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Results and Dispute Resolution

The outcome of all games on winbb is determined through an impartial random number generator (RNG) or live dealer. If a dispute arises over any bet or game result:

• Reviewing a dispute may take up to 7 business days.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, winbb will make a decision after review.
• In all disputes, the final decision of winbb is binding.

Limitation of Liability
